Head of Acquisitions
Kristy leads our acquisition partnerships and is usually the first person practice owners meet. She guides owners from the first confidential conversation through to settlement, making the process as straightforward as possible. Before Averra, Kristy spent almost a decade leading acquisitions at VetPartners and Abano Healthcare.
Chief Financial Officer
Max leads Averra's finance and commercial functions, helping ensure every partnership is fair, transparent and built for long-term success. Before Averra, he was CFO at Pemba Capital Partners and previously held senior finance and M&A roles at VetPartners. He began his career in Deal Advisory at KPMG.
Head of Integrations & Operations
Jane leads the transition once a practice joins Averra, helping make the change as smooth as possible for owners and their teams. She oversees everything from payroll and systems to compliance and operational support. Before Averra, Jane held senior operational leadership roles with Abano Healthcare, Better Medical and Greencross.
